So, because the airlines aren’t so good at baggage as they used to be, the solution is the passenger aka customer, is buying AirTags and helping Apple with more revenue. Can’t see the consumer win here.

These airlines just have no idea how to garner good customer loyalty anymore, especially Qantas with the negative perception it’s been accumulating like barnacles, there’s no little benefit for loyalty, ah well maybe the next gen of management will have a brain wave to really look aft...

This stuns me! The quest to cut costs has now overtaken operational competence. The years prior to Covid, Qantas was really starting to be a great choice. These decisions now are going to ruin Joyce’s legacy. They need to get the comfort and luxury happening again!
