You can claim a maximum of 50 SC from green tier in your membership year. You have 3 months to select your reward, so if you are going to hit platinum this year, I would use in your next membership year to retain platinum.

Flew both Qantas and Qatar J in the previous months, honestly, worlds apart. Qantas is sub-par in pretty much all aspects but is always one of the most/if not the most expensive. I am only "loyal" to Qantas because that is who my employer has selected as their preferred airline.
